Cyngor Gwynedd is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement for the recycling and/or disposal of inert waste (Rubble) collected from Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRCs) located throughout Gwynedd. The purpose of this procurement is to appoint suitably qualified and licensed service providers capable of accepting, handling, transporting (where applicable), recycling and/or disposing of Inert waste Rubble in accordance with all applicable environmental legislation.
