Is there a free trial of CleanTender?
Yes. New accounts can start a seven-day free trial of Pro after verifying their email and adding a credit or debit card securely through Stripe. No trial payment is taken. Active trials include daily tender signals. After seven full days, your card is charged £99 per month automatically. Cancel in Dashboard → Billing before your trial ends to avoid a charge. Free includes one AI compliance scan a month and a weekly tender digest.
Do I need a credit card to start?
A credit or debit card is required for the Pro trial. Stripe verifies your card before Pro access starts. Radar Free does not require a card. You pay £99 per month automatically after seven free days unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Can I cancel my Pro subscription anytime?
Yes. No annual contract, no minimum term. Cancel from your dashboard and you keep Pro access until the end of the current billing month.
Is the £99 per month per user or per company?
Per company. One Pro subscription covers your whole bid team. We don't gate seats. The compliance profile and stored documents are shared across the team.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. £990 a year, billed once. That's two months free compared to paying £99 a month for twelve. Renews annually. Cancel from the dashboard before the renewal date.
What's the difference between Free and Pro?
Free gives you one AI compliance scan a month, the company profile, and access to live tender listings. Pro at £99 per month adds 30 scans, unlimited bid drafting, the Social Value Generator, the Compliance Vault, and daily matching tender alerts.
What happens if I exceed 30 compliance scans on Pro?
Pro covers 30 AI compliance scans per month. If you need more, email support@cleantender.co.uk and we'll arrange extra capacity. Bid drafting itself is unlimited regardless of scan count.
How does CleanTender compare to hiring a bid writer?
Different tools, different problems. A bid writer does 2 to 3 tenders a month and costs £1,000+ each.
