Is there a free trial of CleanTender?
The free tier is the trial. One AI compliance scan a month, no card, no time limit. Use it for as long as it covers your bid volume. Upgrade to Pro when you need more scans or unlimited bid drafting.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No card needed for the free tier. You enter card details only when you upgrade to Pro. Cancel anytime before the next billing date.
Can I cancel my Pro subscription anytime?
Yes. No annual contract, no minimum term. Cancel from your dashboard and you keep Pro access until the end of the current billing month.
Is the £99 per month per user or per company?
Per company. One Pro subscription covers your whole bid team. We don't gate seats. The compliance profile and stored documents are shared across the team.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. £990 a year, billed once. That's two months free compared to paying £99 a month for twelve. Renews annually. Cancel from the dashboard before the renewal date.
What's the difference between Free and Pro?
Free gives you one AI compliance scan a month, the company profile, and access to live tender listings. Pro at £99 per month adds 30 scans, unlimited bid drafting, the Social Value Generator, the Compliance Vault, and email alerts.
What happens if I exceed 30 compliance scans on Pro?
Pro covers 30 AI compliance scans per month. If you need more, email support@cleantender.co.uk and we'll arrange extra capacity. Bid drafting itself is unlimited regardless of scan count.
How does CleanTender compare to hiring a bid writer?
