Newry, Mourne and Down District Council ('The Council') is seeking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced Operators to provide mobile catering services at popular tourism facilities. The mobile catering service will form a key part of Council's service provision at each facility. Accordingly, the Council expects successful Operators to continuously deliver the highest standards in food quality, presentation, sustainability, and customer service.

Paramount within this expectation is well presented catering units and staff, high quality local food and drink, a commitment to sustainable fuel sources and consumables, and punctual and consistent service times.
