Transport for London has awarded a call-off contract for Pan TfL Catering and Other Food and Beverage Services to Sodexo Limited. The contract consolidates the existing Head Office Catering and Operational Sites Catering requirements, including catering equipment maintenance scope incorporated during the extension period, into a single integrated catering and associated food and beverage services contract across 29 TfL locations. The scope includes staff catering, hub services, hospitality, vouchers, catering equipment maintenance and associated food and beverage services. The contract is intended to provide service continuity, clearer supplier accountability, improved contract management, standardised tariff arrangements and improved consistency of service delivery across head office and operational locations.

The required services are for inspections and ecology surveys to take place across the TfL network. This includes the track bed, station grounds and carparks. The inspections and surveys will inform vegetation management strategies, biodiversity net gain opportunities and help mitigate health and safety risk.
