Unite Procurement UK Limited (part of Unite Holding SE), on behalf of the Ministry of Defence, is seeking suppliers to join the Unite Procurement Platform to support the supply of All yellow security vests.

The TVHVOS One Size Fits All Security Vest is a lightweight, breathable, close-fitting load-bearing vest built for extreme heat and wet/dry conditions. It's quick-drying, rugged, and comfortable for long shifts, with even weight distribution and full mobility (seated, standing, walking, running). Known as the "ABC vest", it delivers a strong balance of armour compatibility, airflow, and comfort.

The Unite Procurement Platform (Unite | Simplify indirect procurement with our smarter platform) offers a compliant route to market for UK Public Sector organisations to manage low-value, high-volume procurement.

How to Apply Interested suppliers should register their interest by contacting Unite Procurement UK Limited and provide details of their product range, modification capabilities, and maintenance services. Further information on the onboarding process for the Unite Procurement Platform will be provided upon expression of interest and can also be found at the link attached.

Unite Procurement UK Limited does not intend to appoint a sole supplier for this requirement. Instead, multiple suppliers may be onboarded to the Unite Procurement Platform to ensure a diverse and competitive supply base, supporting flexibility and choice for the Ministry of Defence and associated organisations.

Suppliers are encouraged to express their interest by the stated closing date to ensure early consideration. However, applications to join the Unite Procurement Platform will be welcome at any time beyond the initial deadline. Unite Procurement UK Limited reserves the right to review and onboard new suppliers on a rolling basis to meet evolving requirements and to maintain a dynamic and responsive supplier network.
