Soft FM Services

This is a further competition via the CCS Facilities and Workplace Services DPS (RM6264) for the provision of soft Facilities Management (FM) cleaning and portering services across approximately 40 Council buildings within the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames, including offices, community centres and multi-storey car parks. The services will include routine and reactive cleaning, porterage, window cleaning, waste management, deep cleaning, pest control, fire alarm testing, maintenance of external areas, hospitality and meeting support, and IT equipment cleaning, together with the provision of all necessary equipment, cleaning materials, consumables and PPE. two.2.5) Award criteria
