ITT1033977 Security Guarding Services for Vietnam Hanoi & Hoi Chi Min. 2.1 The project intends to appoint a supplier under a service contract to provide security services for its offices and teaching centres in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. The scope includes onsite security personnel, access control, visitor management, patrolling, and incident response, with shift-based coverage to ensure continuous operations across both locations.

The supplier will also be responsible for staff management, supervision, training, and provision of backup resources. The objective is to maintain a safe, secure, and compliant working environment nationwide, supported by a reliable and experienced security provider that is able to meet and adhere to the British Council’s requirements and standards
