- To better understand the needs of the mental health service professionals and their service users when interacting with digitally enabled care pathways and tackling exclusion challenges within those pathways\
- To improve the national support offer to local mental health services to tackle digital exclusion within their care pathways and support the design and development of inclusive digitally enabled mental health care pathways\
