Provision of Grounds and Tree Maintenance to the British High Commission Nairobi

The British High Commission Nairobi requires a full range of gardening, hedge and tree pruning, and landscaping services across its office and residential estate to maintain an acceptable standard.

The Contractor must provide a comprehensive grounds maintenance service covering all external soft and hard landscaping, including grassed areas, shrubs and plants, bedding areas, seasonal planting and external planters, hedges and bushes, sweeping of hard landscaped areas, litter picking, cleaning of external signage, and maintenance of officially provided indoor planting.

The Contractor will also provide maintenance and pruning of perimeter hedges across the owned residential estate, and gutter cleaning services on request by the Authority during the contract period
