NEPO214 - Grounds Maintenance, Equipment & Plant · The Association of North East Councils Limited

The Association of North East Councils, trading as the North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO), in partnership with The Procurement Partnership Ltd (TPPL), is awarding a multi-supplier, multi-lot Framework Agreement for Grounds Maintenance, Equipment & Plant for use by contracting authorities throughout the United Kingdom.

The Framework provides Contracting Authorities across the United Kingdom access to a wide range of grounds maintenance equipment, horticultural chemicals, agricultural/construction plant equipment, handheld tools and hire of equipment on an operated or non-operated basis.

NEPO has established the overarching contractual terms and conditions governing the use of the Framework, with Contracting Authorities accessing the services through further competition or direct award call-off contracts.
