Kier Transportation are looking to engage experienced and qualified contractors to carry out works pertaining to Cleaning Services at M6 Lune Gorge site compound and satellite compounds.

Cleaning services are required at our site compound at the above address. There is a requirement for both the office and welfare cabins to be cleaned daily. The office at maximum occupancy for both cabins will be circa 150 people, however, this will be from summer 2026.

There will be 2nr kitchens to clean, circa 35 tables to be cleaned, a reception desk, carpets to be hoovered, vinyl floors to be mopped, 5nr toiler/ shower units to be cleaned and internal and external glazing.

We will use the Build UK Common Assessment Criteria (CAS) to ensure a consistent minimum business competence.
