The London Borough of Merton ("the Council") is inviting tenders to provide grounds maintenance and management for its greenspaces including horticulture, cleansing, sports surfaces, playgrounds, cemeteries and allotments maintenance; following the rules set out in the Procurement Act 2023 and subsequent Regulations ("the Act"). This Procurement is being conducted in accordance with the Act using the Open Procedure.
