The framework is an agreement for the Building Maintenance Section to carry out maintenance projects to Swansea Councils Schools and the Public Building Portfolio. These works include but are not limited to: • Groundworks • Bricklaying • Plastering • Carpentry • Flooring • Installation of Fire Doors
