ESCC- Catering Equipment Repair & Maintenance Services

Tender brief

The repair and cyclical maintenance of catering equipment is key to ensuring the Councils catering equipment (e.g. cooking and refrigeration) and ventilation systems are; • maintained to a good standard, in line with warranties • compliant with Health & Safety, regulations and legislation and • maintained in a way that maximises the equipment's natural life and performance East Sussex County Council have a variety of different properties which have kitchen facilities.

The majority of properties are schools but also include a number of adult social care and corporate sites. These properties all need their equipment to be serviced annually, and ad hoc repairs carried out to keep the equipment in good working condition.
