Tender brief

Defence Hard Facilities Management (UK Estate) aims to provide reliable and high-quality regional Hard Facilities Management contracts that offer value for money and remain affordable, while fulfilling both current and future needs. It is estimated that the contracts will run for ten years. The estimated total value is split £5Bn core FM services, and £7Bn additional works.
